About the Company

On July 1st, 1996 Colorado Hi-Tech Solutions (CHTS) opened its doors for business. The goal of CHTS was to provide high quality computer hardware and IT support for Medical Offices. This was also to be provided with trust and integrity. Associates in Gastroenterology was the first practice to take the leap and place their trust in a start up IT company. Since then CHTS has grown into the leading independent IT support company in Colorado Springs with more than 200 medical offices currently being supported. As a result of supporting so many practices CHTS works very closely with many software vendors in the medical field including Intergy, Mysis, MedAssist, Physicians Office Manager, Lytec, All Scripts, GE Centricity, AllMeds and Medisoft as well as many others.

Support for Everyone

Though medical offices continue to be the largest vertical that CHTS supports, about 70 percent, the remaining clientele is made up of Law Offices, Accounting offices, Fast Food franchises, professional sports teams (Colorado Springs Sky Sox), as well as many others.

Growing Our Products & Services

CHTS realized that as our clients’ needs grew we would have to grow with them. One of the major areas of growth was in telephony. With VOIP technology emerging as a major way of telecommunications, that interfaced directly with the clients networks, CHTS realized that this is something our clients needed. CHTS became an ESI communications dealer in 2007 and then in 2008 became an NEC dealer supplying high end digital telephone systems.
