They can be used for weekly or monthly scheduled maintenance or you can use them on an as needed basis. With one of our PMP contracts you will have a Colorado Hi-Tech Solutions technician come to your business or assist you remotely and spend a limited number of hours, based upon the contract you purchase, performing routine system maintenance and addressing any computer needs you have.

Our PMP Support contracts are ideal for the small to medium size business which require a regular technician to maintain their infrastructure and provide preventive maintenance. With these contracts our clients receive all of the desktop support, peer to peer network support, client/server network support and technical support for associated peripherals. We can customize the contract to meet your needs.

PMP contracts offer scalable support plans for businesses that have a limited IT Staff or limited IT capabilities. PMP contracts are prepaid computer service and computer support contracts which offer discounted hourly service rates and the peace of mind knowing that professional computer and network support is only a phone call away.
